Season 2, Episode 14 of The Big Bang Theory shows what happens when Penny has to borrow money from Sheldon to pay her rent. When her electricity is then turned off, Leonard tries to work with her to prioritize where she's spending her money (paying for acting classes and cable when she can't pay her utility bill). There are several scenes in this one episode which could be used in the FEFE spending plans, savings or credit units!
