Defining Roles of Social Entrepreneurs & Social Responsibility
- Objectives
- Evaluate how interdependence impacts individuals, institutions, and societies
- Examine principles and examples surrounding the concepts of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), Conscious Capitalism, and The Common Good
- Evaluate how societies have balanced individual freedoms, responsibilities, and human dignity versus the common good
Understanding Consumers, Decisions & Markets
- Objectives
- Analyze the role of consumers in entrepreneurship
- Analyze decisions entrepreneurs make related to consumers
- Examine the role of markets/marketing in entrepreneurship
- Apply understanding of the role of consumers, decisions, and markets/marketing to entrepreneurship
Recognizing Leaders and Managers
- Objectives
- Define leadership in management
- Identify characteristics of leadership
- Explain the responsibilities of managers at each level and differentiate between the various levels of management in a company
- Compare and contrast different styles of leadership
- Predict which leadership style is most effective with various types of employees
