Preparing for higher education is a process that begins in school. In this lesson, students will answer questions using the Four on the Floor Active Learning Tool, become academic advisors for Imani, reflect on their activities to discuss if they are a well-rounded higher education applicant, evaluate skills for success in “Do I have the Right Habits?”, define remediation, fill out a personal higher education application timeline, and create a presentation to inform parents or peers about preparing for higher education.
