Teaching entrepreneurship can foster a culture of innovation. Students learn to identify problems and think creatively about solutions, which can lead to new ideas and potentially even new businesses. Entrepreneurship education can help students develop a variety of skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and financial literacy. These skills are valuable in many aspects of life, not just in business. This lesson focuses on the importance of marketing your business, developing your brand, and using promotional tactics to reach your target market.

Students will play Telephone Pictionary to learn vocabulary, then create a customer profile based on a product card in the anticipatory set. The conclusion options include developing a marketing mix using a dice activity, or design creative packaging and a logo for a product. The assessment option includes working with another unit at the school to do promotion for an egg drop challenge.
