Students research an automobile to purchase based upon a given scenario and loan variables. They perform research, compare three vehicles, determine which vehicle to purchase, and evaluate the decision in a research project based upon the steps of planned buying.

  • Apply the planned buying process to purchase an automobile
  • Evaluate terms of automobile loans
  • Identify how an automobile purchase is related several areas of spending including insurance, credit and fraud
